How do I become a member?
Join the early-access list above and apply in the app — 56 of 72 Founder spots left at $309/month on a 6-month minimum. Founder pricing rises in steps as spots go, and the rate you join at stays locked while you remain a member.
How do I book a session?
Download the Scratx app, pick a bay and a time, and your phone unlocks the door when your session starts.
Do I need my own clubs?
Preferably, as that's the best way to practice — but we have right- and left-handed sets available to use.
I've never used a golf simulator — is it beginner friendly?
Yes. Setup is guided and the app walks you through it. Beginners and low handicaps use the same room.
How many people can share one bay booking?
Up to 6 players per bay. Bring a friend or a small group on a single reservation.
What's the cancellation / rescheduling policy?
Cancel up to 12 hours in advance and be eligible for a refund. If you cancel less than 12 hours in advance, the booking is non-refundable but the credits are returned to your account for future use.
What happens if I arrive and the previous group is still in?
Bookings run in fixed windows with buffer between them, so your bay is ready when your slot starts.
Is someone there if something goes wrong?
The studio is self-serve, but a remote support line is one tap away in the app, and the space is monitored by cameras and secure access.
Do package hours expire?
Package hours don't expire. Your hours stay available, and accessible from the app, until they're used.
Can I pause my membership?
You can, for a certain period of time with a fee — please reach out to us if you need to pause.
Can I bring food and/or drinks?
Yes, outside food and beverages are welcome. We just ask you to please try to leave the space the same way you found it for the next golfer!
What happens if equipment or the space is damaged during my booking?
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their booking. In the event of damage beyond normal wear and tear, the card on file may be charged for applicable repair or replacement costs.
